The Objectives

The consortium reunited in this project with the main aim to increase the quality of the training and education events they deliver to their target group. The specific objectives of the project are related to improving the digital education tools and practices of the partner’s staff. The adult trainers and educators will gain key skills that will enable them to create and deliver high quality digital education for adult learners.

The Activities

The main project activities consist in two online courses that are focused on competences needed to create online educational events – Instructional Design: Digital Media, New Tools and Technology and competences needed to facilitate online learning events. There will also be a presential course which will take place in Turkey. Over 15 participants – adult trainers and educators from the 3 partner organisations will take part in these courses.

Impact

The main results of this project are related to improving the competences of the adult trainers, educators and staff involved in adult education of the 3 partner organisations in relation to designing and delivering online education events for adults. Even more, as a tangible output a tool-kit – Train the Online Trainer will be developed as a result of the project. One other notable result is the development of management practices of the involved organisations.
